The Jon Fisher Quartet's music focuses on be-bop and simple,
straight-ahead swinging jazz, but some other influences include
Brazilian and Cuban musical forms, all jazz styles. In over a year
together, the band has opened for George Russell Jr. at a Highland
Jazz series show and has performed at such venues as the Harvard
Faculty Club, Regattabar at Charles Hotel, Neighborhood Club,
Brookline Arts Center, Borders at Atrium Mall, and many Boston hotels.
