10:00 AM We got the Building Permit and are now building.

We are bringing everything up to Code.

new fire rated ceiling and walls
new handicapped accessible bathroom
reverse the door swing
new fire alarm with all the bells and whistles, pull stations etc.
new gate to prevent people from falling into the basement during a panic situation
all new electrical wiring
fix up the old bathroom
new hot water heater (now we have hot water)
new lights

maybe refinish the floor while we are doing all these other improvements if we can possibly afford it

would like to find fire rated curtains
a glass artist who makes stained glass windows
