Southern Italian Folk Ensemble
Newpoli brings together the traditional music of
Southern Italy. The group performs a wide variety of
styles such as tarantella, tammuriata, pizzica,
villanella as well as Neapolitan canzone. The music
dates back as far as the Middle Age and streches up to
the 19th century.
