Since its formation in 2004, the Mill City Trio has
been performing in clubs, galleries and concert venues
across New England. The group was formed by three
Boston-area veterans as an outlet for their original
compositions. Their unique instrumentation of two
guitars and drums also allows them to put a fresh spin
on jazz standards. The band is performing tonight to
celebrate the release of their debut CD, Solstice.
Special guests Tim Mungenast and Ken Field will open
the show.
